ABOUT
Since 2006, Thais has been working as a body therapist, combining physical techniques with mindfulness approaches. Her experience and skills were acquired through her studies in massage therapy at the Brazilian Institute of Therapies in Londrina, Brazil; traditional Ashtanga Yoga at The Yoga Institute in Mumbai, India; Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in Mysore, India; and she holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from CUSC, São Paulo, Brazil. Thais has also trained in complementary health and wellness fields, including courses in Shiatsu, Reiki, Bach Flower Therapy, Decleor facial massage, and Aromatherapy. She has worked in five-star hotels in São Paulo, Brazil, such as the Renaissance SP Hotel and Hotel Emiliano, and has taught in the massage therapy training program at the SENAC Tatuapé educational institution in São Paulo.
